Raw Material Incoming Inspection Silicone raw rubber is sampled and tested for purity, hardness, safety and tensile property. Unqualified raw materials will be rejected directly.
Formula Blending Raw silicone is mixed evenly following the fixed production formula, to guarantee consistent softness and elasticity for every batch.
High-Temperature Integrated Molding The mixed silicone is put into precision mould for hot vulcanization. The radial anti-slip stripes, central enlarged cavity and edge embossed pattern are formed in one piece.
Deburring & Edge Trimming Workers manually trim all burrs around the cap edge to ensure smooth, comfortable edges that will not irritate the skin.
Surface Cleaning Clean molding residue and oil stains on the surface.
Custom Printing (For OEM Orders) Silk printing or transfer printing for customer’s logo and artwork according to the confirmed design file.
Pre-Function Test Check elasticity, printing position, color difference and surface completeness.
Final QC & Export Packing Qualified products are sorted and packed into standard export cartons.
We implement multi-stage QC inspection running through the whole manufacturing flow:
IQC (Incoming Quality Control) Sampling test for silicone raw materials before storage in warehouse.
FAI (First Article Inspection) Check the first finished product after mould opening. Verify shape size, texture, elasticity and color. Mass production can only start after passing inspection.
IPQC (In-Process Patrol Inspection) QC staff make random spot checks on the production line regularly to control deformation, burrs and printing defects.
FQC (Final Quality Control) Batch sampling inspection for finished goods: stretch test, waterproof check, texture integrity and printing clarity. Defective items are picked out and isolated.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) Random inspection before shipment, verify packing quantity and outer carton condition to make sure goods match your order requirement.
