Quality Control
Incoming material inspection (IQC)
Inspect raw materials such as fabrics, yarns, dyes and accessories, focusing on appearance, physical and chemical indicators and environmental safety (formaldehyde, pH, etc.), and reject unqualified products.
Process inspection (IPQC)
Check the process before production, inspect the cutting, sewing/weaving, printing and dyeing/finishing and other links in production, spot check the semi-finished products, and rectify the problems in time.
Finished product inspection (FQC)
Comprehensively check the appearance, size, workmanship and functional firmness of finished products, and deal with them by classification (first-class, second-class and defective products).
Delivery inspection (OQC)
Check the order number, quantity, packaging and shipping marks, and randomly draw boxes for recheck to avoid wrong delivery and mixed loading.
Additional remarks
1. Physical, chemical and safety items such as color fastness, shrinkage rate and fiber composition must be tested in the laboratory;
2. Establish batch traceability, count the defective rate, and continuously optimize and improve.
