We select premium knitted yarn for scarf production. The fabric features soft, skin-friendly texture, good air permeability and excellent heat retention, not easy to pilling or deform after repeated wearing.

Raw Material Inspection
All yarn batches are strictly tested for thickness, color consistency and tensile strength. Unqualified yarns are rejected prior to production.
Knitting Weaving
Yarns are knitted into scarf blanks on professional machines with precise fabric density control. Custom jacquard patterns are programmed per your artwork.
Cutting & Edge Finishing
Knitted fabric is cut to custom sizes, with edges finished neatly to avoid fraying.
Custom Logo Processing
Logos can be made by embroidery or jacquard weaving. Technicians verify logo position, stitch density and color accuracy.
Washing & Shaping
Scarves are washed and steam-shaped to remove wrinkles, stabilize dimensions and enhance softness.
Final Quality Inspection & Packing
Each scarf is fully checked for stains, loose threads, size errors and logo flaws. Qualified products are packed with standard export or custom branded packaging.
We implement multi-stage QC throughout the whole production cycle:
Pre-production QC: Raw yarn test, sample confirmation before mass production
In-line QC: Random inspection during knitting, logo embroidery and edge finishing
Pre-shipment QC: Random sampling of finished bulk goods, checking appearance, dimension, color and workmanship
QC Report: We can provide inspection photos and reports upon request for bulk orders.
