Fabric Weaving

Webbing is dyed according to customer color requirements. We test color fastness to ensure lanyards will not fade under friction or daily use.
Logo Printing
According to your artwork file, we adopt silk‑screen or heat‑transfer printing to imprint logo, text or pattern onto webbing. Samples will be confirmed with you before mass production.
Hardware Assembly & Stitching
Metal swivel hooks are installed onto lanyard ends. Workers perform double‑layer reinforced stitching at connection points to ensure firm connection and high pull resistance.
Finished‑Product Quality Inspection
Each lanyard goes through manual inspection: check printing clarity, stitching firmness, metal hook function, fabric defects, dirt and burrs. Defective items are picked out.
Packing & Shipment
