Production Process

1. Artwork Confirmation & Sampling After confirming your design, size specs and fabric selection, our technical team makes a pre-production sample for your approval. We adjust details on neck placket, fit and printing effect before mass production.

2. Fabric Cutting Fabric is inspected first to remove stains and flaws. Automatic cutting machines cut fabric pieces strictly according to the approved pattern to guarantee consistent size across bulk goods.

3. Sewing & Assembly Experienced workers sew each part: henley half placket, shoulder seams, short sleeves and curved hem. We use reinforced stitching at stress points to improve durability.
