Wool Blend: Soft, warm, good shape retention, ideal for autumn & winter berets.
Acrylic: Lightweight, affordable, color fast, great for promotional custom hats.
Cotton: Breathable and skin-friendly, fit for spring and summer lightweight berets. All raw materials are pre-tested for color fastness, shrinkage and hand feel before entering production. You may select fabric samples for confirmation before mass production.
Custom Consultation & Sample Confirmation Share your design, logo, fabric and color requirements. Our team makes pre-production samples for your approval before bulk manufacturing.
Raw Material Preparation & Inspection Selected fabrics go through strict inspection to check defects, color difference and material quality. Unqualified materials will be rejected immediately.
Pattern Cutting Fabric is cut by precise cutting template to guarantee consistent size and shape for every beret.
Sewing & Assembly Skilled workers sew each piece with neat stitching. Custom logo embroidery or heat transfer printing is completed at this stage.
Finishing & Shaping Berets are steamed and shaped to maintain the classic rounded outline. Loose threads are cleaned thoroughly.
Final Quality Check & Packing Each finished beret is inspected one by one. Qualified goods are packed securely for shipment.

In-line inspection: Random check during sewing and logo processing to avoid stitching defects and logo offset.
