Fabric & Material

Our performance golf polo adopts premium polyester or polyester-spandex blended fabric for sublimation printing.

Fabric weight can be customized according to your market demand: 120gsm–220gsm optional. We can also source special functional fabrics such as UV-protective, anti-odor fabric upon request.

Production Process

1. Artwork & Pre-production Confirmation: Submit your designs. We verify files and create a digital mockup for your approval prior to sampling.

2. Sampling: After mockup approval, we produce samples matching your fabric, pattern, size and stitching requirements for confirmation.

3. Fabric Preparation: Blank polyester rolls are inspected for flaws then cut as per order sizes.

4. Sublimation Printing: Your design is printed on transfer paper and heat-transferred into fabric fibers, leaving no raised ink.

5. Cutting & Sewing: Printed fabric is cut into pieces and sewn into polos with sturdy stitching.

6. Finishing: Thread trimming, button fitting and ironing.

7. QC & Packing: Final inspection for printing, sewing and size issues. Approved items are packed for shipment.

Quality Control

We implement multi-stage quality control through the whole production cycle.

1. Raw material inspection: Check fabric quality, weight, color consistency.

2. Pre-sewing inspection: Check printed fabric for color shift, blurry print, scratches and spots.

3. In-line inspection during sewing: Monitor stitching tightness, seam alignment, collar shape.

4. Final full inspection: Check each finished polo for print quality, size accuracy, buttons, loose threads and appearance flaws.

5. Random carton sampling before shipment to guarantee bulk quality.
