Main Fabric: Premium Wool Blend. The fabric has a smooth, fuzzy, warm hand-feel, thick enough for cold weather. It maintains good shape retention, not easy to deform after long-time wearing.
Structure: 6-panel construction, matching fabric top button. Reinforced stitching on crown and brim.
Brim: Pre-curved brim with multi-line stitching, keeps stable shape.
Closure: Adjustable back strap (leather buckle / metal buckle optional), fits most adult head circumferences.
Fabric Preparation: Raw wool blend fabric is inspected for defects, color consistency and fabric weight. Cut into precise hat panel pieces by die cutting.
Panel Sewing: Six fabric panels are stitched together with heavy-duty thread to form the hat crown. Top button is fixed at the crown junction.
Brim Assembly: Multiple rows of stitching secure the curved brim to the hat body, improving durability.
Custom Decoration: Logo processing (embroidery, heat transfer, woven patch). We can handle 2D/3D embroidery according to your artwork.
Back Closure Installation: Attach adjustable buckle strap on the rear opening.
Final Trimming & Shaping: Trim excess threads, steam shape the cap for neat appearance.
Quality Inspection & Packing: Quality check, then pack into polybags and export cartons.
Branding: Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, leather patches, woven labels
