Material Preparation

Your custom logo/text is digitized and loaded onto high-speed computerized embroidery machines.
Embroidery is applied to the front panel with precise stitch counts and thread tension, ensuring crisp, clear designs
that match your proof.
Quality checks are performed post-embroidery to verify alignment, thread color accuracy, and stitch density.
Skilled seamstresses assemble the 6-panel cap, sewing the front and back panels together with reinforced stitching.
The transparent PVC brim is attached to the cap body, with edge binding to prevent fraying and ensure a clean
finish.
