Fabric & Material Introduction

We strictly select qualified nylon spandex knitted fabric as raw material.

• Composition: 82% Nylon +18% Spandex

• Performance: Good resilience, quick-drying, breathable, low water absorption, soft hand feel

• Inspection before cutting: Every roll of fabric will be checked for color difference, stain, hole and density before entering production. Unqualified rolls will be rejected directly to avoid defective products.

• Environmental friendly: The fabric meets general textile safety standards, no irritating smell, safe for skin contact.

Production Process

1. Fabric Inspection & Cutting Raw fabric rolls are inspected first. According to the size template, the automatic cutting machine cuts the fabric into standard cap panels. We sort and remove pieces with flaws.

2. Digital Printing Preparation After you confirm the artwork, our designers adjust the file to fit the swim cap layout, then output it to sublimation transfer paper.

3. Heat Sublimation Transfer The printed transfer paper and fabric panel are aligned together, then sent to the heat press machine under fixed temperature and pressure. The ink sublimates and integrates into fabric fibers.

4. Sewing Assembly Workers sew the printed fabric panels with high-quality elastic sewing thread. Stitches are neat and firm to prevent thread breakage.

5. Initial Manual Inspection Each finished cap is checked one by one: check printing details, stitching, fabric damage, stains and deformation. Defective goods are picked out.

6. Final Quality Check & Packing QA team conducts random re-inspection on finished batches. Qualified products are folded and packed into standard export packaging.

Quality Control System

We carry out multi-stage quality monitoring through the whole production flow:

1. Raw Material QC Fabric incoming inspection: Check fabric elasticity, color fastness, surface defects. Unqualified fabric will not be put into production.

2. Printing QC Check color accuracy, pattern position, blurring, missing print. Compare finished print with your confirmed mockup.

3. Sewing QC Check stitch tightness, whether there are loose threads, skipped stitches or skew seams.

4. Finished Product 100% Visual Inspection Every swim cap is manually inspected for stains, scratches, printing defects and sewing problems.

5. Batch Sampling Test Random sampling from each batch for stretch test, washing color fastness test to verify printing durability and fabric stability.

6. Packing QC Check packing quantity, outer package condition to avoid shortage and damage during shipment.
