Production Process
Raw Material Inspection & Batching We select qualified silicone raw material first. Our QC team tests material hardness, tensile strength and safety index. Then we mix silicone with color pigment matched to your PMS color code, stir evenly to guarantee consistent color for the whole batch.
Compression Molding Prepared silicone compound is put into precision aluminum mould. High-temperature vulcanization molding under fixed temperature and pressure to form an integrated seamless cap body, no splicing seams.
Trimming & Deburring Workers manually trim the extra flash and burr around the edge of each swim cap carefully, to get smooth, comfortable edge without sharp spots.
Custom Printing / Embossing (Optional) For custom orders: Logo, brand name, club pattern can be printed or embossed on the cap surface with durable ink that does not fade easily in pool water.
Cleaning & Drying All finished caps are fully cleaned to remove surface dust and oil residue, then air-dried in a dust-free workshop.
Packing Preparation Qualified goods are sorted and packed as your requirement (OPP bag, custom header card, color box etc.)

Pre-production QC: Raw silicone material safety test, pigment test, mould size calibration before mass production
In-line Inspection: Random sampling during molding to check thickness, elasticity, shape and color difference
100% Visual Check after forming: Check for bubbles, scratches, crack, burr, color stain, printing defect one by one
Performance Sampling Test: Stretch test, water leakage test, chlorine resistance aging test for each production batch
Final AQL Sampling Inspection (AQL 2.5/4.0) before shipment We can provide relevant material safety test reports upon request for your market clearance.
