Production Process
Raw Material Inspection We check fabric thickness, color fastness and texture before cutting. Reject defective fabrics to ensure all raw materials meet export standards.
Pattern Cutting Using precise cutting molds to cut fabric pieces according to beret size specification, keep uniform size for each hat.
Sewing Assembly Our skilled workers sew the beret panels together, stitch the inner band and finish the classic beret top stem. All seams are neat and firm.
Custom Logo Application If custom logo is required, we do embroidery / heat transfer / woven label attachment at this stage. Check logo position and details one by one.
Shaping & Ironing Steam shaping to fix the beret silhouette, remove wrinkles and make the hat shape plump and tidy.
Final Quality Check QC staff inspect each finished beret for stains, loose threads, shape defects and logo errors. Defective products will be picked out and reworked.
Packing Qualified berets are packed individually, then put into export cartons, ready for shipment.
Quality Control
Quality is the core of our wholesale custom hat business. We implement 3-round QC during the whole order:
Pre-production QC: Confirm fabric color, sample shape and logo craft before mass production.
In-line QC: Random inspection during sewing and logo processing to catch problems early.
Final QC: 100% visual inspection for finished berets before packing. We record inspection reports for each bulk order. Any quality issues will be handled with solutions for our overseas buyers.
