Production Process
Fabric Cutting: Raw cotton twill fabric is inspected first, then precisely cut into cap panels by professional cutting machine according to size templates, to ensure uniform size of each piece.
Panel Sewing: Six cap panels are stitched together with reinforced stitching. Tight and neat seams prevent cracking. Metal eyelets are punched on each panel for ventilation.
Brim Making: The cap brim uses firm inner lining. Multiple layers of fabric are pressed and stitched to keep the brim shape stable, will not bend easily.
Custom Decoration: Apply your artwork via embroidery, heat transfer printing or screen printing on front/side/back of caps.
Back Closure Assembly: Install adjustable strap at the back, allowing flexible head circumference adjustment to fit most adults.
Final Trimming: Trim excess threads, clean surface, shape the cap by steam shaping to get neat appearance.
