Production Process

1. Fabric Selection & Pre-washing We select premium cotton denim roll stock. All raw fabric goes through pre-wash and softening process to stabilize size, reduce shrinkage and create vintage washed effect before cutting.

2. Pattern Cutting Using digital cutting template, fabric is precisely cut into cap panels, brim pieces and accessories according to size specs. We inspect each cut piece to avoid fabric defects.

3. Logo Making (3D Embossed / Rubber Emboss) Custom logo can be made in 3D embossed rubber patch, embroidery or printing. For this bear design, the logo is molded then attached firmly to the front cap panel.

4. Sewing & Assembly Skilled workers stitch cap panels together with reinforced double stitching. The cap brim is inserted and multi-line stitching is applied to strengthen the brim structure. The inner sweatband, eyelets, top button and back adjustable buckle are assembled one by one.

5. Trimming & Finishing Extra loose threads are cleaned. The cap is shaped on cap mold to keep good 3D silhouette. Surface inspection for stains, scratches or uneven washing color.

6. Final Quality Check & Packing Each hat passes manual full inspection. Qualified goods are packed into polybag then carton for shipment.
