Raw Material Inspection Silicone raw rubber is checked for hardness, purity and safety test report. Unqualified raw materials will be rejected directly.
Formula Mixing & Vulcanization According to fixed formula, silicone is mixed evenly, then put into mold for high-temperature vulcanization molding. The bubble grain texture is formed by integrated molding.
Trimming & Deburring Workers manually trim the edge burrs of each swim cap to ensure smooth, comfortable edges without scratching skin.
