Production Process

Raw Material Selection We strictly screen paper straw yarn. Unqualified yarn with uneven thickness, brittle texture or color difference will be eliminated before production, to guarantee consistent quality of finished hats.
Circular Weaving Professional hat weaving machines weave straw yarn into integrated hat blanks. Skilled workers monitor the weaving density to ensure uniform texture and stable structure for each hat body.
Heat Shaping Hat blanks go through high-temperature mold shaping. The crown height and wide brim width are fixed according to standard sizes, to keep neat and consistent shape for every piece.
Accessory Assembly Workers manually attach faux pearl band and tassel ornaments. Each pearl and tassel is firmly fixed to avoid falling off during daily use.
Trimming & Polishing Excess threads are trimmed, brim edges are polished smoothly to remove burrs.
Final Inspection & Packing Finished hats pass full quality check, then packed carefully for shipment.

Quality Control

In-line Inspection: QC team inspects products at every production stage, including raw yarn, woven hat blanks, shaped hats and finished accessories. Defective goods will be picked out immediately.
Finished Product Full Check: Each hat will be checked for weaving defects, shape distortion, loose pearls, loose threads and color deviation. Only qualified products can enter the packing process.
Packaging Quality Control: We use protective packing to prevent extrusion and deformation during sea or air transportation.
Custom Order QC: For OEM custom orders, we provide pre-production samples for confirmation. Mass production will start only after sample approval to match your custom requirements.
