Production Process

1. Raw Material Inspection Silicone raw rubber is checked for hardness, purity and safety test report. Unqualified raw materials will be rejected directly.

3. Trimming & Deburring Workers manually trim the edge burrs of each swim cap to ensure smooth, comfortable edges without scratching skin.

4. Surface Cleaning Clean the surface residue after molding, remove oil stains and dust.

5. Custom Printing (For OEM Orders) Transfer printing or silk printing for customer logos and patterns according to confirmed artwork.

7. Final QC & Packing Qualified products are sorted and packed into standard export cartons.
